A really exciting opportunity has arisen for a talented visual designer to work with a leading-edge well known brand in one of Europe’s coolest cities, Berlin!
As part of an cross discipline creative team you will be working on a range of interesting projects across Web, Mobile and desk top applications. User centred design should be at the heart of your practice and you should be able to produce beautiful user interfaces whilst balancing technical restriction and functionality. As an individual you must have a portfolio that demonstrates work of high quality with at least 3 years dedicated visual design experience within a digital environment. You should be an open minded forward thinking individual who enjoys working as part of a team, sharing your ideas and designs, appreciating other people’s work and able to take constructive criticism. It is also essential you can work in a fast paced, deadline driven environment and be able to deliver quickly without sacrificing on attention to detail.
Essential skills must include Photoshop, Illustrator and Flash with some experience of Fireworks and additional animation or 3d software. In an ideal world you will also be able to build prototypes in Flash, HTML/CSS.

A leading integrated agency are looking for a talented and motivated designer to join their digital team. Working with creative teams and senior designers you will be responsible for design and layout of web pages, emails, banners and applications. You will also be given the opportunity to do some original concept design with supervision. A leading travel company are looking for a talented designer to join their in-house design and user experience team, this is an excellent opportunity to work on some high profile projects and work for a company that promotes and encourages career progression. As a Web Designer you will be responsible for applying visual thinking to the presentation of online functionality and content in order to simplify the customer’s journey and make it an all round better experience. Your responsibilities will include:
- contributing to the creation of ideas and design solutions;
- page layout, navigation, typography, photography style, use and design of audio/visual elements
- Create screen- and paper-based prototypes for usability testing
- Create accurate, pixel-perfect final visuals
- Provide web-optimised artwork to the Web Developers to build page templates in HTML/ CSS/JS
- Creation of on-line marketing materials such as banners, buttons and emails.
You should be a pro-active individual who has excellent communication skills and is able to build internal relationships with ease. We’re looking for a digital designer with a commitment to a user-centred design process who excels working on large e-commerce projects. Working within a highly respected consultancy, you would work closely with business strategists and technology consultants to design interfaces for compelling online experiences and digital applications for an impressive list of blue chip organisations. Your design thinking should be user-centric and your portfolio will feature beautiful, accessible interface designs for e-commerce, web and mobile products and applications which are underpinned by intelligent thinking.
In addition to your visual interface design skills you’ll need to demonstrate the potential to develop excellent consultancy skills, including confident and effective communication and presentation skills, client-facing abilities and some experience of running workshops to define client requirements and test solutions. A leading on-line fundraising company are currently looking for a senior web developer to join their internal user experience team. Working in collaboration with designers, IA’s and product managers you will bridge the gap between creative and technical. You will be responsible for enhancing an expanding site and range of products through producing clean, maintainable code which is sensitive to the design of the site.
It is essential you have excellent skills in hand coded XHTML and CSS and should be able to produce flowing layouts using table-less CSS. An opportunity as has arisen for an established Web Developer to join a small digital agency based in lovely Central London offices. You will be working on a range of interesting projects including websites and applications and must have a portfolio that demonstrates having worked on similar projects. Any evidence of iphone application development is highly advantageous. As part of a team of consultants and creatives you must have the ability to lead development projects and the desire to build a team in time. Your responsibilities will also include management of 3rd party technical resources and project proposal skills.
