An established menswear company is looking for a freelance web designer to work with them. They are looking for a designer with some exposure to user experience to help them maintain their online site. You will be working alongside the marketing and retail teams to help ensure a clear and cohesive brand identity.  You will be creating and maintaining on-brand emails and websites.

Your portfolio will demonstrate the ability to design clear, functional work with strong User Cantered Design and good commercial focus. You will have experience of working on email marketing campaigns and be able to deliver on-brand solutions. You will have experience of working to brand guidelines, and be confident in working within a team. They are seeking out someone with strong communication skills who can manage their time efficiently and can work to deadlines.

Skills required:

 A fun and vibrant music centred organisation is looking for a designer to join their Commercial Design and Interactive Team. You will be working alongside a team of designers and developers working on a variety of projects for some of the leading entertainment brands.

You will have a strong, design-led portfolio, with great attention to detail, which demonstrates your ability to create commercial work for a wide audience. This role will be fast paced, and you will have to be able to work to be adaptable deadlines and able to work on several briefs at once.

Email Marketing Executive, J577, £25-28k

Working in the marketing team of this leading UK charity, you will be responsible for the organisation’s email activity, from planning through design and execution to monitoring and reporting. This is a very busy and fast-paced role which will involve using your hands-on skills in email creation, including very strong HTML & CSS coding and image optimisation to design and develop email campaigns, templates and communications. As the focus of this role is creation and execution of emails, it’s also crucial that you are conversant in a major ESP such as emailvision, dotmailer, ecircle or similar, and can set up and deliver complex campaign scenarios.

You’ll be an email marketing expert with a good understanding of the digital marketing mix and the ability to improve and optimise the organisation’s email communication by responding intelligently to statistical results. An expanding UK charity is looking for an email marketing expert to cover various immediate projects on an interim basis. Working in the marketing team of this leading UK charity, you will be picking up immediate projects, setting up and delivering high volume and often complex email campaigns. It’s essential that you have extensive hands-on skills in email creation, including strong HTML, CSS and image optimisation to design and develop email campaigns, templates and communications. You must also be fully conversant in at least one major ESP such as emailvision, dotmailer, ecircle or equivalent.

In addition to these hands-on skills it would be helpful to see good digital copywriting skills, exposure to rich media technology, web analytics solutions and an understanding of the digital marketing mix.

An agency specialising in corporate communications are looking for an established Digital Designer to join them on a contract basis, until December 2010. Working as part of the design team, with off-line designers and a Creative Director, you will be responsible for leading a number of digital projects from a creative perspective. It is essential that you are ideas driven with strong conceptual abilities with the skills to lead a project. You must enjoy the challenges inherent with corporate design and be passionate about the digital works and away of online trends.

Although a contract position this role should be viewed as a career move, it’s an opportunity to learn and develop and take real ownership of projects. Your work will include design of websites, online reports and some animation pieces, so a portfolio that demonstrates high calibre, polished, corporate design work is essential for this role.

A successful digital agency are looking for an organised and pro-active Resource Manager to join a large, busy department. Your core responsibilities will include:

  • Resource forecasting, including resource reviews and maintaining accurate resource schedules
  • Liaising with Project Managers and Account Managers to enable a good understanding of project pipeline
  • Identifying skills gaps in the team in order to plug areas in line with future projects
  • Maintaining and managing a large freelance database
  • Resource allocation across projects on weekly basis
