 An international communications and PR agency seeks  a client facing Project Manager with social media and digital expertise to be based in Covent Garden. The opportunity is to develop strategy, raise awareness and manage stakeholder relationships and drive action in consumer and social marketing campaigns. You need to be immersed in digital, including search engines, discussion boards, blogs, video sharing sites, podcasting and texting. You will be responsible for the project plan, managing deliverables and working through the requirements phase through to design and delivery. You will work with clients to identify the best channels for them and establish relationships with bloggers and channels that are relevant. You will put together research to create influential campaigns and manage client projects.

Background Experience:

  • Ideally some experience in a similar role at an interactive, public relations, or advertising agency; or equivalent transferable experience
  • Strong understanding of the web, including search engines, discussion boards, blogs, video sharing sites, text messaging, podcasting, etc
  • Vertical industry experience a plus (telecom, healthcare, public affairs, consumer products)
  • A background in project managing digital projects within an agency environment
  • Proven experience overseeing digital projects through the requirements phase through to design and delivery
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience and comfort with online communications tools
  • Able to build strong relationships within clients and stakeholders

This project is to enhance current products, increase profitability and usability through a combination of business and user research, and impact a high profile project at a critical time. UX and visual designers for Flex business applications, asap for 2-3 months, up to £450 per day (refj138)

We are looking for both UX designers and visual designers for a number of projects with a prestigious software company, starting asap and running through to the end of March 2010.

Applicants for this role MUST have extensive experience of designing Rich Internet Applications for complex business systems, such as trading platforms, e-CRM applications and Knowledge Management systems. Portfolios will be assessed for innovative interaction design and information architecture on such applications. Experience of designing applications built in Flex will be highly beneficial.

You will be working through discovery, definition and development stages, translating concepts into wireframes and interaction designs and you’ll need to be able to work in a collaborative team structure alongside other UX designers/IAs, visual designers and technical experts. It’s likely you will have worked in a software development environment with good exposure to Agile methodologies.

UX designers should be sensitive to visual design, and similarly visual designers should have a well developed understanding of UX design and IA.

Please note that designers with predominantly website, marketing/campaign and branding projects in their portfolio are unlikely to be suitable as the specialism in large business systems and RIAs is key. Relevant work samples will be required at CV submission stage.

Our client are a truly integrated agency who are top 10 NMA agency looking for a Senior Online Project Manager to join a new account.  A great opportunity to shape the account and shape your role, as lead Project Manager.  The role also involves mentoring junior Project Managers.  This is also an opportunity to work on larger builds and smaller more creative online marketing projects too.

As Lead Project Manage with our client although there is no formal line-management requirement there is high likelihood that  you will be required to mentor more junior members of the team and potentially have other Project Managers specifically assigned to aid the delivery of individual projects or programmes of work.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Project leadership on multiple interactive projects with budgets of more than £100k
  • Management of different types of projects – creative, technical / site build, campaigns

User Experience Planner and User Experience Consultant/Architect 1-3 months.

I am looking for a planner and a consultant with experience of working within electronic consumer products and product design. You must be confident interrogating and making recommendations for future vision and landmark products. You need to be commercially focussed with a deep knowledge of interaction design, usability and architecture. You will be client facing and be able to liaise effectively at all levels to interrogate user flows, wireframes and information architectures produced by 3rd party suppliers and your team members. You will work alongside the creative director as a UX guardian ensuring that design meets standards.

The user experience consultant will be more focussed on devising user journey scenarios, wireframe schematics, competitor analysis and persona and usability studies and tests. You will be devising user experience designs for the interface of electronic products and interrogating front end architectures for design and technical teams to implement. You will have a thorough understanding of a digital project process and strong knowledge of emerging digital technologies.

Our client is a purely online business looking for a Lead digital Business Analyst/Project Manager.  This is a great opportunity for someone who wants to lead a team and help realise and deliver the digital strategy working very closely with the Head of Product Management. This Business Analyst/Project Manager will lead the planning and delivery of this project. The role also has scope to move into Head of Project Management in time and as the team grows.

The role will involve;
