Our client is a well known global financial institution who are looking for a UX Project Manager to join an in house digital team. A great opportunity to join a new venture on the client side for a talented ambitious Project Manager with a strong understanding of UX with an ability to liaise technical too. They are keen on people from an agency background as this team will be set up as an internal agency.
The UX Project Manager plays a key role alongside User Experience, Technology and Business Leads to define, scope and manage application design and implementation projects across the business, and are seen as an essential part of successful delivery of quality solutions.
Specifically, this role will be responsible for shared team leadership, developing and maintaining projects plans, tracking deliverables, tracking and managing resource needs, organizing and leading project related meetings, liaising with various level of management within the organization to meet deadlines and assist in driving projects toward successful completion.
Key Responsibilities
• General leadership and pastoral care of the UX/Design team (Shared with UX Project Lead)
• Plan, resource and manage the UX/Design team on a project basis
• Co-ordinate UX between Business Analysts, Development, Test Team & Project Management groups
• Attend all project meetings on behalf of UX, reporting back on progress and timelines
Background Required
This role requires a highly organized but flexible attitude, with an ability to be forward looking and anticipate the steps required to meet future deliverables while dealing effectively with an ever-changing set of needs and requirements. In addition, it is essential that the right candidate have experience working with creative teams as well as liaising with technical teams and stakeholders from all levels of the organisation. This role is based in London.

Salary £60k – £90k depending on experience.
