Our client is a privately-owned, London-based full service digital agency, established in 2001 specialising in delivering high quality digital strategy and user-experience-led digital solutions, who are looking for a Managing Director to join them and become an integral part of their business.

They are an ambitious company that has emerged strongly from the recession and is now striving for significant growth over the next few years. In order to achieve this they are looking to strengthen their leadership with the appointment of a new Managing Director.

Our client has a genuine passion for digital communications, and in particular the web. Their team is a coming together of experts in their field, be that digital strategy, user experience, visual design or web development. They are absolutely looking for an MD who has a strong background in and passion for Digital.

Key responsibilities:

  • Set the strategy and lead the drive to achieve the agency’s commercial goals, in association with the CEO
  • Lead and manage the agency’s operational capability, including their growing strategic consultancy offering
  • Drive excellence across teams and disciplines to deliver real value to clients’ digital projects
  • Review and develop the agency’s resources, knowledge and skills across all disciplines
  • Play a key role in leading business growth and client relationship management alongside the CEO and other senior colleagues.

Digital Programme Director – £80k – 130k- London- J523

The Programme Director is the senior representative responsible for the Programme. They are the client side representative who acts as a single focal point of contact with the Project Managers for the day-to-day management and interests of the Program.  The PD is responsible for ensuring that the desired Programme objectives are delivered.  The person in this role must have adequate knowledge and information about the business and the Programme to be able to make informed decisions.

It’s a very interesting role. Hugely exciting client.  It’s a world renowned client and the site will feature elements of social interaction, gaming, e-commerce and it is a huge creative project with some amazing design elements.  It is the largest client they have ever had and the Programme Director will be the senior Stakeholder working closely with their Chief Exec and Board and with the client directly.  It needs someone with sufficient gravitas to work at senior level and take accountability on the delivery of the programme.

As Account Director of this award winning global PR agency you will be expected to support the Head of Digital in winning new business by supporting pitch’s, whilst also being very hands-on with the day-to-day work and client management. As Account Director you will need to be fairly autonomous, a self starter, extremely knowledgeable about the social media/digital PR space whilst having the confidence to sell ideas to fairly senior clients and act as a point person across a variety of accounts. The role would also require help with internal training, mentoring of the two junior members of the team as well as assisting with the development of the digital offering.

Background

A proven track record in digital PR/social media is paramount along with proven client handling skills and experience. As Account Director you will need to understand the difference between advertising and PR, with proven experience managing client expectations and managing more complex stakeholder relationships.

A leading financial organisation is  looking for an exceptional interactive Creative Director to join their in-house design and user experience team. You will be responsible for managing and overseeing a team of visual designers in conceptualising and crafting a piece of complex web software.

 As an individual you must have deep understanding of a user centred design process with the ability to create outstanding work within a digital environment. You must be a passionate individual with excellent presentations skills and proven success in selling and promoting your designs to internal colleagues and stakeholders. It is essential you have demonstrable experience of building and managing successful teams creating a cohesive and collaborative working environment. Our client is one of the world’s leading communications agencies, who are well advanced in their approach to integrated communications, are looking for a Director of Digital to lead their digital offering in the UK and Europe. 

The digital team provides full service digital media solutions to support integrated communications and marketing programmes for a broad range of global clients.  The digital output includes everything from full service creative services, content production, innovative technical and application development, supporting programmes such as online editorial outreach, social media management, search marketing and optimization, mobile marketing and word of mouth campaigns.

As Director of Digital you will lead the output of this broad range of digital work with a key aim of continuing the growth of digital across their corporate client base.  As Director of Digital you will be responsible for managing and developing the London Digital offering, providing support to the EMEA region and working as part of the global virtual team of digital expertise to share best practice and work undertaken on client activities.  The client base is fortune 500 corporations, major government agencies, trade associations and a variety of house-hold name consumer brands.

Responsibilities are broad in this role involving everything from – digital consultancy with clients and leading business development effort for digital,  being the primary digital contact for digital initiatives in-house, through to participation of strategy and creative sessions contributing digital/interactive/new media ideas, managing internal digital projects and overseeing a team of 10 digital and creative strategists, as well as supporting and advising traditional account staff in all things digital.  You need to wear many hats, we are looking for a real entrepreneurial spirit here.

• Experience leading teams through Web site development, online applications and digital outbound communications.
• Consulting capabilities to translate client business requirements into digital communications strategies and applications.
• Ability to develop and implement a digital project management methodology.

Our client has a good track record of integrating social media into their clients’ campaigns. However, they want to boost this to become a leading social media marketing agency as part of their offering.  A great opportunity for a Senior Project Manager or Account Director with a strong commercial background in Social Media to formalize their experience as the leader of a social media team. 

As Director of Social Media you will work alongside the Senior Management Team (MD, Commercial Director and Client Services Director). You will be happy to take a strategic view as well as get your hands dirty with the implementation, refine our clients social media division’s offering/’sell’ and be pro-active and innovative in taking this out to market to win new clients. My client, based in Shoreditch with 40 people currently are seeking a Creative Director to work with amazing designers directing them on brand management and the look and feel of interfaces in the consumer electronics, mobile and automotive space.
