A leading financial organisation is looking for an exceptional interactive Creative Director to join their in-house design and user experience team. You will be responsible for managing and overseeing a team of visual designers in conceptualising and crafting a piece of complex web software.
As an individual you must have deep understanding of a user centred design process with the ability to create outstanding work within a digital environment. You must be a passionate individual with excellent presentations skills and proven success in selling and promoting your designs to internal colleagues and stakeholders. It is essential you have demonstrable experience of building and managing successful teams creating a cohesive and collaborative working environment. You should also have a strategic approach as this role will involve defining an internal design process.
To apply for this position you must have an accomplished portfolio demonstrating a high level of competency in user interface design with visuals that are clean and refined. Any experience within application design is hugely advantageous and a portfolio of blue chip clients and experience of working within an agency or corporate environment is essential.
