Though a place of free speech this does not give you the grounds to break common law. Following the tragic collapse of the Bolton Wanderers footballer Fabrice Muamba, Liam Stacey (a student) has pleaded guilty to racially aggravated comments he had posted on Twitter. While we are on the subject of Pinterest a 24 year old man who goes by the name of Steve, makes over $30,000 per month by posting product links on Pinterest.  Making the most of Pinterest’s fast growth and optimal user demographics, spammers direct mostly brand aware and wealthy females towards making purchases on Amazon linked to their fake accounts.
