Digital Account/Project Manager - UX agency - £35-45k

 

We are looking for an Account/ Project Manager for a small but busy user experience agency who has a wide range of big name clients on their books. You will be one of the main client contacts within the agency and be responsible for growing existing accounts but will also need to have a good understanding of Project Management and be able to co-ordinate the project team.

 The agency work on projects which include user research, UX strategy, design and testing and team are very quality focused. You will be measured on expanding existing relationships as well as client satisfaction as well as coordinating a small number of projects within the team.

 

Responsibilities:

 

  • Manages day-to-day client interaction and expectations for multiple projects
  • Anticipates clients needs and proposes solutions
  • Continually seeks and capitalizes upon opportunities to increase customer satisfaction and deepen client relationships
  • Possesses a knowledgebase of each client's business, organization and objectives
  • Coordinate project team and get involved in team brainstorming sessions.
