Digital Development Coordinator – Charity – 4-5 Months - £150pd

Our client is a charity that is now looking for a Junior Project Manager or Coordinator with excellent communication skills and a very good technical understanding. You will join the charity's busy digital development team and you will be responsible for supporting with the delivery of a programme of digital projects ranging from campaigns to developing new website features.

You will be expected to utilise project management and digital development best practices throughout, meeting stakeholder expectations for data integrity and product quality.

This is a great opportunity to gain hands on experience, developing skills and knowledge across a variety of digital disciplines.

The Role:

Day to day management of the charity's ongoing website releases. Including bug resolution, maintenance and change requests.

Project management of small campaigns and projects to deliver on time and to quality. This will involve project managing development such as eCards and microsite.

Contribute to the creation of project documentation: status updates, requirements, communications plans, test scripts, release notes.

Coordinate issues / bug resolution with development team and escalate where appropriate.

Manage internal communication with project stakeholders.

Perform quality assurance (QA) and facilitate user acceptance testing (UAT).

Assist with digital project administration tasks such as managing minutes, noting actions, facilitating meetings/workshops.

This role will be ideal for a person who has either come from a development background or has worked very closely with tech teams in the past and also has a strong grounding in PM practices.
