Digital Project Coordinator – Charity - 3 Months

Our client is a charity with a large in house digital team who is now looking for an experienced Junior Digital Co-ordinator to assist and facilitate digital projects through the team. Three editors work on the project to build the new sites, and this role will assist the charity's digital manager to initiate and grow the support programme for the network of local editors.

Role description

Support the Partners Digital Manager as required and in particular to:

Act as a first point of contact in the digital team for enquires from about the management of their local site and social media activity.Manage support requests by logging technical issues and/or provide assistance with editorial and CMS queries.Manage admin support for the CMS training program.Ensure that benchmark production standards are adhered to and provide support where relevant.Contribute to the development and implementation of digital strategy for partner websites.

This is a junior role and we are looking for someone who will be able to proactively multi-task several different streams of work in a digital production environment. The role will include direct contact with stakeholders and so excellent communication skills are required.
