Digital Project Manager – Design and Build agency - £35-45k – (J1824)

Our client is a mid sized design and build agency based in Soho who are now looking for a structured Digital Project Manger to join the team. The agency apply a User Centered Design process to their projects and they have a very exciting and diverse client base. They work on projects that vary from large web builds to mobile and tablet and everything from strategy all the way to technical development.

The agency are going through very exciting times at the moment and there is real opportunity here for you to grow and develop your skills under the mentorship of an experienced Head of Production. Our client is looking for someone who is happy in a client facing role but equally as happy sat around a table with developers.

Responsibilities:

• Managing projects to deliver on time, budget and quality.
• Working with stakeholders to gather all requirements, raise work requests and monitor progress
• Identify and manage risks to the project.
• Plan all resources needed for the successful delivery of the project.
• Monitoring and controlling resource costs to ensure no budget over-runs
• Managing change on projects.
• Reporting of project status to internal management, client and other external stakeholders
• Ensuring all project documentation is maintained in a timely and accurate way.
• Ensure all invoices are raised accurately.
