Project Manager – Communications Agency - £45K
THE COMPANY
Our client is a small, ambitious communications agency with a growing portfolio of knockout projects for grown-up businesses and valued consumer brands. They are seeking an experienced Digital Project Manager to join their offices based in the heart of East London and are focused on larger builds, offering strategy, UX, Design and Build services.
THE ROLE
The Project Manager will be working directly with clients to develop relationships and deliver innovative digital Design and Build Projects accross Platforms. The Project Manager will oversee a creative and motivated team and will have a deep understanding and experience of UCD and UX techniques and of technical Design and Build projects.
The key day-to-day tasks of the Project Manager include:
-Directing the projects creatively, strategically and technically in a fast paced agency environment
-Strengthening client relationships and maximising the Agency's business development strategy.
-Monitoring budgets, timelines and the efficiency of the delivery of all digital projects
-Internal training on up selling and maximising digital offerings, sharing knowledge and
- End to end delivery of cross platform digital projects gathering and utilising UCD data.
THE CANDIDATE
Key attributes of the Project Manager:
-At least 5 years proven experience and knowledge of level web project delivery on a corporate level, UCD and UX experience preferred.
-Multiple client facing and business development experience.
-A strong passion for technology, web services and digital solutions as this is a purely digital role.
-Excellent people management, guidance and financial management skills.
-Commercial awareness with strong negotiation skills.
