Hello everyone,
Sometimes (often actually) doing this job, you can become quite jealous when working on super interesting roles. Being professional, you overcome this, and take your pleasure from finding the right person the right project. In this instance however, it might be a little too much... I have two mobile UX design roles, for two of the largest telecommunications companies in the world, one freelance and one perm, one based in Paris, and one based in Berlin. That's PARIS and BERLIN.
Paris freelance UX designer role – 400Epday (not including travel or accommodation) - global telecommunications company
This project is based around a product / service, downloadable to any mobile platform with an app store, which provides bespoke functionality across messaging, contacts, maps, VOIP, instant messenger, as well as aggregating all social media streams and activity in one place. They need this person ASAP, to be based in Paris 4 days a week, with the option of working remotely 1 day a week. They can offer 400Euros pday for this person.
The project team is 10 strong in total, a mixture of PM, visual design, coders and dev, PM, and mobile UI / interaction designers, and they are looking for this extra designer to be aligned to the Android rollout of the app. 1million people are currently using the app, and the feedback from these users is shaping the next suite of design features and revisions, which the designers are working to implement on current and new platform releases. You will be making screen mock ups, prototypes and interaction models for the app, redesigning the journey where appropriate, and wireframing the key screens in increasing fidelity through to coded, fully functional rollout. They works Scrum and Agile, in 2 weeks sprints, with everyone within arms reach. Experience of working on mobile platforms is essential.
