Invention Business Director - J1787

We're working with a leading global marketing agency, but there's so much more to them than that description. They have a huge opportunity within their Invention team for a Senior Level Creative to focus on creating deeper conversations between their brands and consumers, through the creation of engaging and innovative solutions.

Taking the lead from you, the invention team will own and manage the full production of your ideas – spanning across TV, Radio, Publishing, Digital, Mobile, and Experiential channels.

Who are you?

First and foremost, you will be a dynamic creative with tonnes of experience in executing innovative concepts. You will also have developed strong relationships with clients, media owners, and Production Companies.

You will be an advocate for invention, being able to see potential for your goose bump ideas in the commercial market space and also be able to spot opportunities for generating new areas of business with your existing clients. You will also be comfortable interrogating briefs from clients – challenging, advising, and influencing them on what they need to drive their consumer relationship forward.

Innovation and technology should be more than a day job for you. Having an insatiable appetite for new developments in the industry, you will bring this knowledge to work with you everyday to inspire everyone you work with. These guys want ideas that will quite literally transform and drive billion pound businesses into a new era.
