One of our favourite agencies are looking for a Project Director/Programme Manager to join their team. The focus of the role is very much around large transactional builds so we are not looking for someone who is campaign focused. The business is a smaller team (10 people currently) sitting within a larger agency model but works as a separate company with its own brand while also having the benefit of collaboration with the broader agency clients. I am looking for someone who can handle commercial projects up to 1 million and has overseen projects from strategy/UX through to design, build and implementation. Agile experience is a must.
The progression of the Project Director is to Head of Delivery and the speed of this progression in part depends on the growth of the business plus demonstration you are in it for the long game. The current team is made up of Leads and Heads of so trust and proof of ability is key to that progression.
