Recruitment Consultant

We are a successful digital recruitment company and are looking to grow our team. We are looking for several smart recruiters to help us grow the business and continue to keep our clients and candidates happy. You need to be passionate about the digital industry, you need to be a hard worker and have a collaborative, quality-driven approach to recruitment.

We are fortunate that we have lots of exciting clients who want to work with us, so while there will be clear business development targets, you will not be expected to make cold sales calls to people who don’t want to work with us. Our service and excellent reputation is based on over 15 years of knowledge and delivery. We enjoy being part of the digital community and nearly all of our business is developed through personal referrals. We are always looking to grow our knowledge of the digital and creative industry so that we can advise our clients and candidates on key trends. Anyone looking to join us will need to be a brilliant and engaging communicator who, like the rest of us, always wants to do better.

We are currently looking for additional consultants to join our very busy Project Management and User Experience teams, each led by one of the founding Directors of the business. Your day to day activities will be to interrogate the brief, to really get under the skin of a client’s objectives and business plans. You will face to face interview candidates of exceptional quality every day and really understand their motivations to work within a new role or project. You will have excellent matching skills and be able to follow all of these stages throughout the process with precision.

Despite being in only our second year of trading, we have a very exciting client list and have quickly established ourselves as a key supplier to some of the best agencies and clients in the digital world, covering projects across retail, broadcast, publishing, software and financial services sectors.

We do really exciting things, we like throwing quirky parties, mingling with Stephen Fry at conferences (!) and through our close association with BIMA, we help shape the future of digital. Populating our clients with the best designers, developers, project managers and user experience staff is our day to day. Providing an excellent service is what really makes us happy - we have an excellent reputation and an absolute pride in what we do every day.

You will be based in our new Farringdon offices with a hugely motivated and supportive team.
