Senior Digital Project Manager – Charity – 12 Month Contract – £250pd - ASAP start

Our charity client is looking for a highly organised Project Manager, capable of managing business critical digital projects from inception to delivery.

Joining the charity's busy & dynamic digital development team you will be responsible for supporting the Programme Manager. The charity has the capability to design & develop in-house and you will be involved in every step of the process helping to coordinate the effort of all departments and in particular Digital, IT development & Fundraising Operations.

You will be expected to make sure each project comes together on time, on budget, meeting stakeholder expectations for data integrity and product quality.

Responsibilites

Day to day management of the charity's medium to large projects. This includes project planning, change control, issue and risk management.

Plan and manage Quality Assurance (QA) and User Acceptance Testing (UAT). Coordinate issues / bug resolution with development team and escalate where appropriate.

Develop stakeholder engagement by analysing need and managing expectation. Internal communication with project stakeholders is key.

Keep project office, including the following documentation: project initiation, project/stage plan, budget, risk log, status reports.

Project management (Agile and Prince 2)Business analysis (requirements /change agent)Stakeholder managementStrong technical background, working directly with in house development teamsThorough to QA / Bug fix and change control
