Hello everyone,

One of our very large, very famous, very cool FTSE250 retail clients are looking to hire 5 new Senior UX designer into their brand new team. The roles are based in West London (but still zone 1, and very commutable from almost anywhere in London), and are to take pride of place in their brand new digital team, working across multiple work streams, including web, mobile and tablet. They will pay up to 65k, and really need people with some digital retail experience.

This company have been investing massively in digital over the last 12 months, with key C level hires from other multinational retailers creating the strategy and vision for how digital can be at the centre of the organisation's operations. This has now been reinforced with key managerial hires to lead the delivery teams, and the next logical step is to hire the senior practitioners who will actually make and deliver all the cool stuff.

You will be working on some of the most high profile, consumer facing retail sites and products of the last 5 years. The spotlight will firmly be on what this organisation create, and will be integral to their financial performance over the next few years. Your work will be used by millions, written about by journalists (and no doubt bloggers), and your mum will definitely have an opinion on the outputs.

Great process, working to agile; lots of research, scamping and prototyping, user testing and iteration, detailed design and interaction modelling, complex search functionality, ecommerce (obviously). Their aim is, understandably enough, to have the most lauded and celebrated online sales and catalogue in the world. The people are in place to provide it, the organisation is invested to support it, and the project is high profile enough that anything other than absolute success will just not do.

Amazing place to work, amazing benefits package, drop me a line if this is of interest.
