My client is an established boutique agency with a lovely work life culture. They have 13 years' experience in digital and are winning projects within the public and voluntary sector. Core clients include charity, NGOs and human rights organisations – this is a reflection of their ethics and culture. The areas that they work in are strategy, design, tech, hosting and online marketing.

They are an independent, owner managed business of 25 people and are looking to consolidate some of the great UX work they have delivered with a dedicated resource. This role offers a work life balance and an opportunity to work for a socially responsible business.

This is an opportunity for you to lead the UX practise across research, information architecture, interaction design and testing. You will help to deliver the initial strategy and work with clients. You will also be working closely with internal teams including creative and tech to deliver the project.

My client is looking for someone to establish good user research and testing within the agency and is committed to ROI for their core clients.

This role would suit;

Someone looking for the opportunity to develop a UX team within a small agency Someone looking for an ethical culture and good work/life balance (part time people will also be considered for this role)Someone who has worked across research and testing but wants to develop their interaction design skillsSomeone with really strong digital skills looking to transfer them into a solid UX practise.
