Visual Designer -  J1744

Our client, a digital technology start-up based in Shoreditch are looking for a Senior Visual Designer to work on UI design, Branding, and Identity of their product, a game-changing educational platform.

You will be expected to have plenty of experience in delivering interface design solutions for a number of clients within a collaborative environment. You must have worked on mobile application design; tablet design will be seen as a distinct advantage.

Key tasks

Participate at the early stages of product definition and creation working as a team with UX and Product Strategy.

Apply strategic thinking to deliver end-to-end user experience solutions with a focus on user needs and business goals

Turn visions into concepts and translate those concepts into designs that illustrate simplicity despite system complexity.

Utilize industry design standards and best practices to define and implement design criteria and design guidelines.

Produce storyboards, scenarios, design prototypes, motion graphic solutions, transitions and demos created in Flash, 3D or similar software packages.

Effectively communicate and present research findings, conceptual ideas, detailed design, and design rationale both verbally and visually

Promote a culture of innovation and teamwork

Stay up to date with new technologies, industry and design trends and demonstrate a passion for learning

You should be comfortable working from a blank slate to create a visually compelling experience for the end user, with the ability to drive forward your team. This is genuinely a great opportunity to help visually define a product that will quite literally be in the hands of thousands of people
